The Trust “Food & Agriculture Integrated Development Action” (FAIDA) has been Established to be a Very Small but Useful Part of that Eternal Process of Development, Resembling the Part of the Squirrel Taking Part in the Vast Process of Construction of “Ram Setu”. “FAIDA” Wants to Extend its Helping Hands to “Slums to the Royal Palaces”, “Bye-Lanes to the High Ways”, “Ploughing Fields to the Battle Fields” as well as to the “Beggars to the Saints” in Same Spontaneity of “Serving the Humanity to Worship the GOD”. Our dear Motherland Bharat is a land of agrarian-culture, our nationalism is agrarian-ism and our philosophy is that propounded by our Rishis.
Our restless, turmoiled and bleeding Earth is captive to arrogance and is rudderless due to unmitigated and excessive materialism. Under these circumstances it is imperative that Bharatiyas relive and re-establish Bharatiya-ness, at this juncture.
As a matter of preordained evolution, it took 70 Lakh years for quadrupeds to alight from trees to the ground and stand erect on their own two feet. But how many millions of years of effort it took for a biped to realign his brain and arrive at the Dhyana Mudra, can be a topic of intense research about which I am unaware of.
However, the best and the highest outcome of the Dhyana Mudra are the Sri Sri Vedas. That the knowledge derived through Dhyana is the Absolute Truth is also beyond any doubt. As per western research, the Mantras of the Sri Sri Vedas appeared 5000 years before Christ i.e. more than 7000 years from now. So, it is from thousands of years ago that the intellectuals recognized agriculture as the most suitable means of earning, to help attain righteousness, material wants and spiritual liberation. Not only that, they even prescribed the necessary do’s and don’ts. We want to re-establish this age-old convention of agrarian-culture and the philosophy of the Rishis to transform this antienvironment and rudderless development to one of beneficial environment centric growth of the World. Adopting the concept of Vasudaiva Kutumbakam, we want to transcend geographical boundaries and irrespective of caste, creed, religion, varna or sex wish to establish an ideal State – a Dharma Rajya. Apart from this we wish to preserve and propagate cooperatism, establish the worship and avocation of motherhood in the feminine form and wish to see the manifestation of nascent divinity emerge in mankind.
For the success of this endeavour, it is essential to start person to person discussions, build familial relationships and establish oneness of the hearts. So, for this, a nationwide “Krishi and Rishi Yatra” is imperative. What would be all acceptable timeline and format of this yatra requires wider consultation. Our efforts should centre around reestablishment of the respect and faith of the present and future generations towards our farming community and Sant Samaj.
It is therefore important to practice the Bharatiya agrarian culture and philosophy of the Rishis to enjoy the benefits of “Ram Rajya” which has as a proven track record of being beneficial to the world. For the time ordained “Krishi and Rishi Yatra” to be successful, we pray to God to give us strength and bhakti and keep our families healthy and happy.
